About The Artist
I find myself drawn, by some kind of magnetism, to the forgotten 50's era pick up truck out on an abandoned farm. Sitting alone in an overgrown field, overlooked by the world, It carries the story of a life lived. A thousand trips to the hardware store. A life of labor and a well earned character.
My moment of zen, flow, connection, or whatever you prefer to callit it is found through the lense, lost in the cracks and crevasses of these american relics.

The works I'm showing at Celebration are mixed media abstract.
I capture, through macro photography, the patinated paint jobs of abandoned mid-century automobiles.
Each image inspires the design I create,with steel, as the pieces framework.
This year I'm excited to show my largest piece to date, "Hailey". Three inches on the hood of an abandoned 55' Ford Super Duty, that remarkabley resembles its backdrop. A beautiful blue skied mountainscape.
