As an Impressionist painter, I am dedicated to capturing the unpredictable beauty of nature through the vibrant strokes of oil paint on canvas or wood. My focus is on the grandeur of the landscape.

My creative process begins with plein air studies, where I immerse myself in the scene, allowing the sights, sounds, and scents of nature to envelop me. On location, I experience the excitement and immediacy of working from life, quickly capturing the quality of light with each brushstroke. If I then choose to paint a larger piece from my study in the studio, it allows me to design the paintings in a more controlled environment.

Combining traditional brushes and innovative tools, such as rubber wedges, fingers and shapers, allows me to push the boundaries of impressionism, resulting in captivating, colorful paintings that capture the essence of these breathtaking locations.
